Steve on the Drums
Steve used to be a professional drummer when he lived in Melbourne, touring with some of Australia’s best R&B bands. He has also taught drums in both school environments and privately.
Presently, his drums are purely for his own pleasure. They are great for releasing tension and escaping for awhile. We attended the local “Splashout” event in Euroa tonight. This is a free community event held at the local pool. There were games for the kids, both in and out of the pool, and free barbeque tea, drinks and icy-poles.
To entertain the adults was some fabulous local music. One of the bands playing was a friend of ours, Neale Williams.
During his set, Steve decided to get up and have a “bang” on the drums.
He really enjoyed it!
